Today i took a big step, but for no reason. I have been dreading talking about my stutter for years as i have been a covert stutterer for my entire life. Today i decided to go to the doctor, and hopefully he would send me to speech therapy. I walked in pretty nervous, but it felt great to someone about my problems that has had a huge influence in my social life since i was a little kid. He then started making phone calls to get me a speech therapist, but it turns out, there isnt a single one in my area. Guess im doomed. So yeah, i dont have the opportunity to go to speech therapy unfortunately but is there any good websites some of you guys could reccomend? I really want to work on this problem as it is really affecting my life in every way.
