I always waited until we set a date to meet up. If I'm comfortable enough to actually meet you in person I'm comfortable enough to tell you. I always phrase it as more of a heads up, like yeah first dates cause some nerves and can make it worse. Personally I don't think I'd actually put it in my profile.
