The King's Speech is among other things a movie about stuttering. Brilliant movie. People talk about the bullying etc. Which is imo superficial and an external way to express the internal turmoil stuttering causes. Watch the movie and focus on the internal struggles, strife and how the world around him is in turmoul (like him inside) but he can't change it - - because language, voice is how humans shape and can change the world (refer to the great orators of Rome: Brutus, Mark Anthony etc., read Julius Caesar by Shakespeare) so the frustration he (we) feel when we can't speak mirrors the frustration anyone feels when powerless in a state of despair. Good luck
