It's not the stutter but a pretty normal battle with anxiety you're going through at your age. It seems like most early 20s people go through it, and I did too. You're figuring out who you are as an adult, your place in the world, etc. It's a hard period and normal to feel a bit lost and intimidated. Something small that improved my life dramatically was getting a sun lamp. I used to think I had cyclical depression. I quit a job with 2 days' notice because of my depression problems. But it was totally cured by regular exposure to sunlight. I haven't felt depressed in years. Might not be for everyone, but my point is the issue is what's going on in your head and not the stutter or any other perceived flaws.
