I empathize with you greatly. I'm in a dead end unfulfilling job. I have anxiety and depression and I feel like my stutter is the worst that it's been because of all of this. I remember when I had a great group if friend, I was happy for the most part and my stutter was almost non existent. The situation I'm in now is not going to change for a while unfortunately, so I'm trying to find ways to manage stress and anxiety, which can help lessen my stutter. Yoga, meditation, cbd, going to therapy.
