A big one for me was managing my stress levels. When I was in my final year of high school I was really stressed and it made my stutter the worst it ever was. Since then I have managed my stress and my stutter has improved a lot. Another one was exposing myself to different speaking situations, especially interviews. During my first few interviews I was so nervous and would stutter a lot. Since then I did tonnes of practice. Today I have done many interviews, can read aloud, MC'd a wedding and done many other things
