One that sounds counter intuitive but helped me the most was stuttering on purpose. Hear me out... Find a public space, mall, big box store etc. and find strangers to ask questions to. Asking employees about a product is the least weird thing I can come up with for this. But the goal is a stutter on purpose. Do this half a dozen times. For some reason, for me, it helped me afterward. Maybe it's feeling the mechanics of the stutter when you're doing it intentionally that helps you not do it, I don't know. It's hard to force yourself to do, but for me the results are worth it. This doesn't last forever for me. I have to go through the process again whenever I get especially block-y. Now I can just do it to people at work without them noticing and I get the same effect.
