Just venting about saying names...

Just venting about saying names... So I stutter and my 4 year old has apraxia so he can't really talk much. I ran into my neighbor in the back. It's only the second time I talked to him in 4 years. Anyway, my son was with me and my neighbor asked my son whats his name. So I try to get his name out. I really struggled. Meanwhile the guy was guessing every name that begins with the letter R. I don't think he even found out what the name was. We switched topics. The man was a chronic interrupter, which didn't help me of course. I'll have to address that if it continues. I can see my son get frustrated at times that he can't say words. I tell him, "it's OK that you cant. Sometimes daddy gets stuck too." Now he got to see it lol.
