Pilot no, but police officer is possible depending on how severe you have it. I interned at a police department during a time where my stutter was way worse than it is now, and my supervisor actually said that I'd still be a great fit for the department and encouraged me to apply. I turned it down cuz I knew I still had maturing to do (I was 20 at the time).
