Something similar happens to me. I have a naturally quiet voice, and a stutter, so no one can understand what I'm saying, ever. Whenever I'm trying to just have a normal conversation with my mom, and i start stuttering, she gives me this look. You know when you're explaining something to someone, but you're not actually getting to the point, and they give you that "hurry up, spit it out already" look? That's the look she gives me. And it fucking suckssssss. You see, I'm only 14, and shes been doing that for as long as I can remember, so whenever someone asks me to repeat something I've said, or when my mom says to speak up, I just say nevermind and walk away.
