We shouldn't really have to address it, but I find putting it all out there is really helpful for me. Some people like to make a joke about it, but I actually find just casually telling them is the best method for me, as it lessens any confusion and actually makes me more comfortable, rather than trying to hide it. I think being confident about bringing it up is key: If you're uncomfortable with it, they'll be uncomfortable too. Just something to think about or try! I'm sure I've done job interviews before that have ended with a similar note about stuttering.
