I've said all this stuff before on this sub, but it bears repeating: I don't know what the equivalent in Norway is, or even if there is one, but here in the US there's the National Stuttering Association, which hosts an annual conference. I've been a couple of times, and what's striking is how many hundreds of guys are there ... with their wives/girlfriends. It drives home the point that these are all just people, people who happen to have disfluent speech. You're one of those people. You have a stutter. Yes, you can go to speech therapy, or even just learn techniques online, that may lessen it or give you more control over your speech, but until some kind of neuroscience breakthrough, you will always have a stutter. It's something you can't control. So focus on the things you *can* control. If you're out of shape, get in shape. If your diet sucks, eat better. If you only get six hours of sleep, aim for eight. If you spend hours on end aimlessly scrolling through social media, which then makes you feel like you've wasted the day, then make a conscious effort to do productive things, things you *know* will make you feel accomplished. If you think you're boring, cultivate some interesting hobbies. Simply put: be mindful of your time and how you spend it.
