Stuttering is all in your head. I am sure you have heard this by now but I’ll just reiterate. Most stutterers can actually speak perfectly fluently on their own. Stuttering is all in your head. The trick is you need to become confident in your capacity to speak. The mere presence of people undermine your confidence and gives way to anxiety. That is why you stutter. You care what these people think . When you have this idea that you are speaking fluently you will do so. When you start a week or day bad it hinders your confidence and that may be why you have off and on weeks. You have wavering confidence.
