Hi Ma'am, I recently found this program that improves fluency in just 2 months. The method is outlined in the video below: https://youtu.be/wAybuEe446E?feature=shared The peer-reviewed articles backing this speech practice is in the description of the video. If you want more research papers and info about this practice, just google "timed metronome speech therapy for stuttering" or search on YouTube for more videos demonstrating it. The practice basically entails 15 mins of reading from a book that's broken up into syllables and saying each syllabe to the beat of the metronome 5 days a week for 2 months. You can also google Harvard sentences and use thoses as well for the self-therapy. Also check out this video doing the same exercise, it's just geared towards ppl with Parkinson's who stutter and people who have speech disorders like stuttering. https://youtu.be/se3HdOD6lvw?feature=shared Lastly there's this awesome channel that has a lot good content to checkout concluding topics like CBT for stuttering, secondary behaviours of stuttering, causes of stuttering (very interesting), and a technique to overcome speech blocks ("the jump") plus a fleuncy shaping technique (orchestral speech). https://youtu.be/N3xzBeV-pMA?feature=shared
