You absolutely should. "Hey just so you know, I have a speech impediment/disorder that causes me to stutter. I do have moments of fluency, but I will likely stutter. It can happen for no reason at all, or it might happen when I'm nervous. And since I'm so excited for our date, I'll definitely be a little nervous!
