I still keep a small notepad in the vehicle exactly for this. Some think its a crutch. Maybe. But, I can assure you that a stuttering block, especially a bad one, just might push me past my own limits if I overheard what the op heard on the speaker. Temptation to punch that dude in the face would be too much.
