I started stuttering

I started stuttering I don't know what happen since last year(2022) when the class restart face to face class till now now i just started stuttering for no reason i do not know what the cause. every time i started reciting in class, reporting or even simple conversation with my friends i started stuttering which was not a problem before. Any one have any idea how to solve this problem?.(sorry for the bad english)
