Well that's a question I ask myself often actually! I'd love to be more open about it but couldn't make the jump yet. Was even thinking of a tattoo on my handshaking-arm to just force it lol To be clear, my close relatives and friends ofcourse do know it. But anyone outside those maybe 10 people don't. Edit: to most people I'm just a shy and silent person who sometimes has trouble formulating normal sentences ( because of filler words and substitutions)
