I used for the bad months, like now I have a bunch of forecasts expositions and I can say it helps me the first to second month, So far I noticed that it's doesn't reduce stuttering but prevent from having a panic attack, take in mind this medication should be monitored by a professional and if you stop taking abruptly it does worse your stutter. So far it's the best for not getting worse but like everything it's no a cure.
