plz help me ! ive started the school year and as usual in my classes im forced to do introductions w my NAME IN IT. i always frickin stutter on name, and idk what to do abt it. does anyone have good techniques for making my stutter better or reducing the huge first letter thingy (for example C-c-c-c-c-c-c-c-c-are and make it shorter) my stutter is okay in general but on my name specifically and stuff that starts w C, S, P and K i have trouble with the most so far also when i stutter its like very bad im stuck on the first letter for a solid 10-15 seconds and it seems to be something that only happens w me since ive watched vids of other ppl stuttering and never have i seen it happen as bad as it does for me. what should i do when i get stuck on the first letter of a word :( (my parents refuse to get me speech therapy. my parents r not understanding at all btw:/ )
