I think weed helps because I don’t think about stuttering as much, and I’m not as stressed/nervous about stuttering in front of others while on it. Adderall definitely helps distract me from stuttering, but I think there might be a chemical effect as well. This is because I do stutter less even when I am thinking about my speech while on Adderall.
