I had a professor do that in front of a 90 person class once. He called on me and asked my name; I blocked but finally said it, repeating the first sound a few times; he copied it. I and the other 89 students were shocked silent until the punk kid a few rows behind me said, "Dude. That's not cool." Shocking that people think it's ok to do that huh???
