I'm 48 and just stuttered in a meeting the other day. Couldn't say agreement and blocked for like 30 seconds. It was really embarrassing. It feels horrible when it happens. The way people look at you is what sticks with me... That look.of wtf? Mixed with pity. It's been a few days now and the horrible feeling will eventually go away. Try not to be so hard on yourself. I know how hard it is!! Everyone else can just stuff it. You will survive and get past it. I have for 48 years and counting.
