I work in a dairy factory, my job is pretty much computer related things, using systems like SAP and other tools to trace the the physical-chemical properties of the products we make. It’s a job that doesn’t require a lot of communication. I’m the most quiet guy in my team and talk only the necessary. Due to my stutter I rejected a lot of better positions in the company. I know I could do better and improve my speech but sometimes I feel so depressed that I just think it’s better to stay on my comfort zone. I stutter sometimes when talking with my coworkers but I’ve never experienced them making fun of me, they all respect me as a person the same way I have lots of respect to them. You’ll be fine. Just avoid toxic people and preserve the relationships with people that respect you. You’ll grow a lot professionally this way.
