Don't bother telling your whole team they stutter, it doesn't make any difference. They're a normal person, they just have trouble speaking their mind sometimes. Absolutely don't try to help finish their word, and don't interrupt them either. Personally that makes it worse. Just treat them like normal, and don't worry about it. If they do start stuttering, let them finish their sentence, and then respond normally.
