There are *tangible* steps one can take to *achieve* the result of not constantly thinking others are judging you. The steps acknowledge the severe emotional pain (trauma) involved with trying to speak. I’ve written a long post in this sub with the steps outlined. The short version is - make eye contact, disclose you stutter, begin slowly and on an *exhale*
