Mild stuttering is very easy to understand and can be very controllable. In my case, all I do is just relax. I suppose you are scared of stuttering and you stutter and become even more scared... It is okay. Just relax and start over. It'll be over in no time. But if it does worsen and you can't do anything about it, then contact a speech therapist.
