This will go against conventional wisdom, but for right now, speak as little as possible. For the next little while, spend time relaxing/taking care of your essentials. Don't worry about speaking. Get to a place where you are comfortable and stable mentally. Go home from school/work and play video games, order food you know you wont stutter on, and spend time alone. However - do one thing you struggle with. If you struggle saying your name, introduce yourself once per day. If you struggle ordering chicken nuggets in the drive thru, try to order them once a day, even if you dont want them. Then go back to not speaking/relaxing. You need to approach this as a marathon. Stop worrying about all these stressful situations at once. Focus on little victories slowly over time. Eventually, when you put yourself in these little situations enough, you WILL be able to get it out. It will take time and a little bit of embarrassment, but you can do it. Then slowly move on to bigger things, like dating or being "outgoing". You need small assurances over time. Relax.
