Speaking From The Heart It is hard to describe what "speaking from the heart" means. Maybe is better understood this way. ¿What is the opposite of speaking from the heart? Surely it is to **speak with the mind**. ¿What does this means? Speaking with your mind is to give a toast and know word by word what you are going to say before saying it. To speak with the memorie. It is to think before you speak. To know what you are going to say before you talk. You have to approve your words in order to speak. It requires time. Meaning that you will think your speech, then correct, make it even more accurrate depending on your goals and then say it. The mind can´t handle not knowing. That is the elemental factor of speaking with the mind. The uncertainty is killer so you gotta think before. **Speaking from the heart** is the other way around. Is spontaneuos. To speak comfortable without knowing what you are saying and how your saying it. Trusting your inner gut that will know how, what and when to speak at any given moment. Be comfortable with silence because your inner self has nothing to say at that time. It is that spontaneuous that even ourself really dont know what you are going to say next. You got the main idea but no word by word. Thats why sometimes we laugh at our own jokes. Because, just like the public, is the first time we hear them. So we laugh. *I strongly believe that stutters talk with exlusively with the mind. In so, there are some particular context (like particular people) that our mind evaluates as high change of being teased and shutdown our muscles so we are unable to speak.*
