trouble with vowels

trouble with vowels I noticed I have a lot of trouble with my A E I O U's. I always block on them completely and i'm just sitting there trying to figure out how to work through it but I can't if i'm just blocked, running out of air, trying again and just have the same thing happen. Anyone have advice on how to make these sounds flow easier?
