I have the same issue! block stutter caused by social anxiety. Which I didn’t know other people had until I found this subreddit. After reading what’s helped many people on here, I started taking magnesium, b-complex, omega 3, and ashwaganda in the past couple days and today I had the least amount of social anxiety and stutter by far since I started my job. I expected to see some benefit but didn’t realize it’d help so much so quickly. Magnesium is known to help anxiety, so is ashwaganda. The omega 3s are brain food and help you function better overall. If you’re willing to try anything, I’d start there. Just do your research on best times to take them and proper doses.
