My stutter is triggered by severe, crippling anxiety. Does anyone else have this problem?

My stutter is triggered by severe, crippling anxiety. Does anyone else have this problem? I’ve had a stutter since I was young. I was diagnosed with depression and severe anxiety at 12. I’m now in my 20’s and my anxiety has gotten worse. It doesn’t seem to be a speech issue fully, mainly an anxiety once. Has anyone else had experience with this? tdlr; I stutter when I’m anxious and I have crippling anxiety, catch 22
