I know this is a complete biased experience, and I know not all of them are like that, but I met a Toastmaster member once, he was over confident and condescending. He got the charisma yes, but I find him toxic, and having a superiority complex. (Again I'm not saying all of them are like that, I'm just speaking from experience)
