It was 15 years ago and it was in Russia, so my answer won't help you. The drug was prescribed by the medical organisation. It didn't help. Try using DAF app on your phone. Put it on smallest feedback time and turn on white noise simultaneously. You should have a headset with mic. That helped me really much. I passed my final oral exams in university like a pro using device with similar function :)
