I’m 22 and currently in post-graduate school studying law. At first, it was dreadful. I found it hard to recite on cases and provisions, even on ones that were easy. As time went by, I just got used to it. I thought of it as a sink-or-swim situation, either I try my best to be fluent or let my stuttering consume me and keep me away from my dream of being a lawyer. My friends were very supportive too. They told me it was okay, helped me articulate my thoughts better, and helped me push myself beyond what I thought were my limits. Of course things aren’t always going well though. Some days are definitely better than others. I just move on and tell myself I’d do better. So yeah. Find that motivation in yourself and find a good support system. Good luck!
