Not sure what an "RN" is, but if this is something you're passionate about then it's important to work towards it, despite your stutter. It'll be worth the grind if it's something you love. If it's just a randomly chosen career route and has no significance to you, then choosing something else isn't a bad idea. Or at least exploring other ideas and finding compromises. We should all be constantly/daily working on our stutter to improve it, so in enough time, speaking should get at least a bit easier. Depending on what the career is, even if you must be fluent in communications, they will have compromises. It's possible to find a happy medium. But if you're someone who never works on your stutter and just "accepts it" as part of yourself (like I hear from people very often), then of course don't be surprised when your stutter is still bad and you can't get certain jobs. Gotta grind gotta grind. But this is just my opinion, being someone who doesn't know your full life story so take it with a grain of salt!
