To be honest I still have bad days too, Over the years I have learned like ticks or techniques to get through the day. My speech is a battle everyday that's really exhausting most days. What I find best is after work I go to the gym, it's kinda like therapy to me. Words wont really don't do much for me and I doubt for him either. His stutter is something he has to accept that its apart of him. The gym promotes self confidence in myself and maybe him. Maybe suggest it to him. It's just a way to be more comfortable with himself.
