My fluency has a direct effect on my mood. Mild stutterers can get their point across within a small time frame. Moderate to severe stutterers on the other hand cannot get their point across within a small time frame and this of course causes frustration. My speech falls in all categories. It doesn't matter if I'm stressed, tired, happy, or angry. I experience one of those three fluency stages at every moment. I can do a presentation at school and be pretty fluent but at home have terrible fluency. When it's in the mild-moderate area I'm not too angry. When my stuttering reaches the severe stage I don't bother talking.
