It's on the website I linked below, along with lots of other great resources. I suggest starting with the first episode of the podcast, as it's enjoyable to listen to a PWS speaking so pleasantly, clearly and with fluency. He'll basically teach you to do the opposite of what you've been doing, which is hard and scary at first. But, if it you believe it and do it, you'll learn how to speak fluently in a way that LASTS. And even better, you'll learn why your dysfluency returns after 6 months, and what to do when it happens. If you are like I was, you're thinking "I can't imagine being fluent for SIX MONTHS!" Spoiler alert - dysfluency returns because you got so used to being fluent and stopped doing your simple techniques - spending a few minutes doing your practice brings you right back to fluent speaking. Also, not talking, a bad cold/tired/stressed can temporarily bring back dysfluency. https://www.stuttering-specialist.com/about-us
