There is a guy who teaches at my school who has a noticeable one. I have one as well, but it isn't as noticeable anymore (it used to be bad, but not life crushing). We eventually had a chat about it as he was reciting his lines for a play he was in (covering for a role that we didn't have enough students to fill in the school play). It turned out ok, but I can understand not feeling comfortable talking to a stranger about it as you don't know them. In my case, I had worked with the guy for a few months and saw he was a pretty amicable person.
