Hi everyone! Okay so- I recorded my second week of Abilify you should be able to find it in the thread but there is something else I wanted to add. So I have been reading Lee Lovetts book How to Stop Stuttering and Love Speaking I believe it’s what it’s called. I am reading the 100 page version, I’m almost done with it and I highly recommend. I really really do. I have done a few techniques that really work. I don’t wanna jinx it lol but I really wanted to share this because I don’t want people to struggle and feel like shit about themselves like I do! Okay so this is something I just tried today that worked: Recording myself speak something nice (part of his book is about this) when I start talking I take a big inhale in, and then I whisper slowly talking as I’m exhaling. You guys I got to 7 minutes with only 2 hiccups, and I’m a pretty severe stutterer. Also limited caffeine, limited social media (I know, weird but it helps) and a little CBD flower, like a hit. I’m going to continue to do this and try it with and without CBD! I will tell you how it goes! Hope this helps you guys!
