Wrong, especially these days with so many more resources that are easy to get. I got a 30 or 35K about 4 months after my initial demand letter to the company. They blew it off, I then submitted a case with dept of regulatory within my state (or whatever it was I mentioned abov) they had X amount of days to respond and shortly before the deadline the owner was eager to meet, he gave me 5k less what was in my demand letter initiall.
