How to warm up the brain the morning? Hi! I realized that the morning after wake-up, it's taking to me a first chat with someone, where I will stutter a lot, to be able for the next chat to become almost fluent again. It's quite troublesome, like for example this morning my first encounter of the day was a recruiter for an interview. Do you have any strategy to warm the "speech part of the brain" without having to speak with someone? (I am living alone, and cannot call my family as they are in a different timezone unfortunately)
