I totally understand the frustration with waitlists! Finding a speech therapist for your child can be stressful. Have you considered online therapy? It's a great option that often has shorter wait times. A good place to start looking is ASHA ProFind (asha.org/profind). It's a database of ASHA-certified speech-language pathologists. You can filter by location (or choose online only) and other criteria. If you're open to online therapy, you might want to check out Origin Speech Therapy as well. Many parents have found their approach helpful and effective. Good luck with your search!
