To your question, I would say no, unfortunately, as that is common among most stutterers. One thing I would suggest, though, is consider how much of your anxiety and, to an extent, your stuttering is caused by you feeling like other people expect you to be nervous and stutter. I am NOT suggesting that we stutter because we think we're supposed to or something, but in my experience, when I forget about what other people expect me to sound like, I'm generally much more able to remain more calm and stutter less.
