First, realize there are no "hard" or "easy" sounds. If you were humming or singing, you could say any sounds with the same ease. Speech is just an airflow coming out of your mouth. Of course, that doesn't immediately helps you as a stutterer in a real speaking situation but I think it's good to be aware of this fact. Second, you can use techniques, like skipping the first letter, using a starting sound (like "mmmmschoool"), whispering (the first letter or the whole word), link the feared word into the previous words (like saying "Iwentoschool" as one word) etc.
