Not in finance, but I'm an engineer, which requires a lot of talking via meetings and phone calls with suppliers and whatnot. One thing I can recommend is to be upfront about your stutter in the interview. For me, it relieved the tension of trying to hide it from them so I could focus more on the content of the interview.
