I think that one important thing a stutterer should do is to have a profound understanding of the subject that he/she is going to present. When I thought about it, I found out that When I well prepared for my prsentations And fully compherend what I'm going to speak about and be able to answer questions. I stutter less, but when the subject isn't easy or I think I ran out of time to fully cover all the important and the detalis parts, my self esteem and stutter goes down to the ground.
