Unfortunately, I see stuttering/stammering is used as shorthand telling the audience this character is less intelligent, nervous in some fashion or as permission for the audience to judge this character negatively. It's very rare I see a character that has a stutter just because. I was very curious how Netflix was going to handle the stuttering character in it's show and the character just didn't have a stutter. I was very disappointed.
