I'm actually taking this as a good-faith question; people responded with a lot of hostility. Stuttering is purely a neurological disorder affecting the production of speech. There is no suspected link between stuttering and PE. I can reasonably see why you would think so - As stutterers, we often relate most things in our lives to stuttering - I sure do. On this topic, however, rest easy.
